Sending samples

How many vials do you need?
It depends on the program, because each test consumes product and several need unopened vials. The count is shown when you choose a program and again on your packet. All vials for an entry must come from the same lot.
My label says GLP-3. How do I fill in the form?
Type the label name exactly as printed, then use the search box under it to pick the real compound. Searching GLP-3 finds retatrutide. For blends, add each peptide. If yours is not listed, there is a field to name it.
Can I send liquid or reconstituted product?
Yes. Ship it cold, overnight, early in the week. Lyophilized product can ship at ambient temperature.
I am outside the United States. Can I submit?
Write to [email protected] before you ship. Import paperwork depends on the compound and the country.

Results

How long does it take?
Any program with sterility testing takes at least two weeks, because the compendial method is a 14-day incubation. Expected turnaround is shown beside each program.
What if my lot fails?
You get the same certificate, with the verdict in the first line and the numbers behind it. Paying for a test does not buy a result.
Who can see my results?
You. A certificate becomes checkable by others only through its ID or QR code, which you choose whether to share. QuantVera does not publish a customer's results.
Does a passing COA mean my product is approved?
No. A certificate reports what was measured in the vials we received from one lot. It is not a regulatory approval and it says nothing about other lots.

The programs

What is the difference between the three programs?
Essential Release is six core tests for safety and quality on every batch. Comprehensive Release adds 13 more across safety, peptide quality and manufacturing control, and is required to apply for APA designation. Performance Study qualifies the product, container and shelf life, and is required for full designation. Compare them test by test.
How is pricing set?
Essential Release is a fixed fee per lot. Comprehensive Release is priced at laboratory cost per test plus a fixed margin. Performance Study is quoted against an agreed study plan. Every invoice is itemised before payment.
Can I put different lots on different programs?
One program applies to a whole submission. To mix programs, make a submission for each.
