Process

  1. Submission details

Enter the company and contact email, then each product: the name as labelled, SKU and lot number. Label names are matched to the compound tested, so a product sold as GLP-3 is tested as retatrutide.

    Client

  2. Program selection

Select Essential Release, Comprehensive Release or Performance Study. One program applies to every lot in a submission.

    Client

  3. Invoice review and payment

The full cost breakdown is shown by analysis, by lot and by fee. Nothing is charged before the invoice has been reviewed.

    Client

  4. Shipping packet

On completion the packet is shown on screen and as a PDF. It carries the submission ID, a sample ID for each lot, packing instructions and the receiving address.

    Client

  5. Packing and shipment

Mark each vial with its sample ID, bag each lot separately, place page one of the packet on top and ship with tracking early in the week.

    Client

  6. Receipt and analysis

Vials are reconciled against the packet and receipt is confirmed by email. Analysis begins once every lot in the submission has arrived.
